Tim Hill

Always the cheeky type, I was born at home in 1963 and immediately grounded.  It wasn't my home, it belonged to my parents, but they kindly let me stay there for 25yrs. It was in Newport, S. Wales so you could say with almost complete certainty that I have been, at some point, Welsh.

My work includes Chaplaincy, school assemblies and lessons, local clubs and projects in villages and towns around Sussex and now a regular show on Thursdays (noon 'til 3pm) at Meridian. It's hard to draw a line to say where hobbies begin and work ends because I use things like magic and escapology in my work, poetry too.  I'm a nerd about skyscrapers and a geek about music, I do 'Stand Up' occasionally but mostly sit down.  Sometimes I sit up, to break the pattern - I'm a risk taker !

I have many favourite songs e.g. Mr Blue Sky (ELO), Uprising (Muse), Shine (Take That) but for depth of meaning I choose 'The Outlaw' by Larry Norman (also done well by Sir Cliff on his 'Small Corners' album).  It reminds me that Jesus was many things and we can't afford to focus on any one of them but need to get to know the whole of Him.  I will never stop getting to know Him better.

Thank you for taking time to read my ramble and I hope you enjoy 107 Meridian FM.
