Join me every day between 12 and 3 for some great music and a light lunch with Pru- Meridian has teamed up with some of the best restaurants in and around East Grinstead to give away a lunch for 2 every day throughout our broadcast.

Popping into the studio will be restaurant and bar owners, managers, and head chefs from some of our local restaurants. So if you want to hear about what's going on in the food industry, from the history of your favourite eatery to the behind the scenes stories, what it takes to get that delicious dish to your table and issues related to food health and service, then this is the show for you.

To be honest there is so much going on apart from that; I am going to have to lose some weight to fit it all in!
