Malcolm is founder and presenter for Radio Queen Vic (Our Local Hospital) having produced over 1,000 shows since the patients service was launched in 1986. Two hours of genuine NOSTALGIA bringing back the glorious sounds of a bygone era played by 'proper' musicians at a time when today a good 'tune' is sadly lacking.

Music from the 'Golden Years' of popular song featuring the best of British and American Dance & Swing Bands from the 1930's, 40's & 50's. Former household names including; Ambrose, Carroll Gibbons the 'Jacks' Hylton, Jackson, Payne, Harris, etc. Benny Goodman, Harry James, Les Brown, Dorsey Bros and many others. 'Quality' singers; Bing, Frank, Nat, Ella, Peggy, Rosemary, Doris, etc. Finally, great orchestras and their conductor/arrangers; Robert Farnon, Andre Kostelanetz, Percy Faith, George Melachrino, Sidney Torch, Peter Yorke etc. Perhaps a few film and show soundtracks too!
