Les Mis vs Phantom - Charity Football Match

Yes they actually play football, as well as act, sing and dance! The star London cast of Les Miserables prepares to do battle with the star London cast of Phantom of the Opera, this Sunday 2nd September at EG Town Football Club (next to East Court). All in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, gates open at 1:00pm.

Come a join the fun and see the spectacle as the big stars of stage and football take to the field in a friendly (we hope!) match to raise much needed funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Many other stalls and entertainments on hand, and 107 Meridian FM will be there with our famous Roadshow. The star-studded afternoon also features The East Grinstead Concert Band and The Swinging Sweethearts.

Youth tournament starts at 1:45pm, and the main match Les Mis vs Phantom kicks-off at 3:00pm. See the half time penalty shootout competition! Final whistle and award of trophies 5:00pm.
