No reason to have the post-summer blues after the The Bank Holiday weekend – we have an exciting and varied programme schedule of interviews for the week ahead on your local station for news, music and the big interviews. A few highlights below:
Join Graham for Meridian Motoring from 1pm as he explores Motogalleria, one of the most impressive private collections of rare Italian motorcycles in the world. Also Peter Sonneveld will talk about his recent cycling trip to Holland and Philip Nothard will be assessing how we might expect September 1st to go this year for car dealers as the new registration cars hit the road.
Among other guests between 10am-1pm, Sam Day will catch up with Mike Hatchard ,who has recently finished his Lands End to John O’Groats bike ride for Children in Need.
Sam will be speaking at Breakfast with Wendy & David Griffiths from East Grinstead Olde Tyme Dance Club, who are celebrating their 70th Anniversary this year. During the evening shows, Dave Roberts will welcome young singer Amy Slattery after 8pm and The Folk Shed will be speaking with Marlings Morris, this week’s special guests.
For the drive-time rock show from 5pm, it’s a story of two Guys: Rock show presenter Guy will be speaking with Guy Griffin from The Quireboys on the day their new and 10th album Twisted Love lands: Interviews also with Piston, Thirteen Stars, FireRoad and Bonafide.
Lyla’s new chart show 5-8pm will also feature your chance to hear once again Lyla’s extended interview with rising pop talent Tiggi Hawke.
