Lee
Quinn: Managing
Director
Sponsorships,
advertising, commercial & business development, finance, programme
scheduling and press releases. Lee has 18 years experience in food
retail and an overlapping career, which gives him 12 years as a
consultant in business, people and organisational development. He
has worked across a number of industries in sales, marketing, training,
manufacturing, human resources, logistics and distribution but the
last 5 years has been concentrated on assisting small and medium
size businesses to develop and survive. In between all of this,
Lee has produce over 40 teambuilding films, been a DJ for 24 years
and event managed corporate and private functions from the Hurlingham
club in Putney to the local pub. Lee is based in East Grinstead
and is the director of Perennial Process training and development.
He has been working with East Grinstead Football Club commercially
since November 2004 and he is assisting with the opening and the
commercial development of the new East Grinstead Museum.
Sue
Hull: Company
Secretary
Radio
policies and procedures, programme scheduling, presenting, recruitment
assistant, training of staff including presenters/broadcasters.
Sue
has been a presenter on air for CVS at BBC Southern Counties Radio
in the past which widened her radio experience.
She is also involved with the local hospital radio station.
Charlotte
Quinn: Human Resources adviser
Recruitment and all HR functions, setting up employee policies
and procedures. Previous HR roles: Sainsbury's, Virgin Atlantic
and NHS QVH as of July 2006.
Neil
Symon: Head of Music
Music specialist, studio equipment set up and maintenance, presenting,
voice overs and commercial production. Neil has over 35 years experience
as a mobile D.J, Nightclub D.J, and in both amateur and professional
radio presentation. He has, throughout July 2006, been presenting
"The Saturday Night Dance Party" on Uckfield F.M. during their festival
month. He was one of the members of the transition team which took
Cuckfield Hospital Radio from its Cupboard under the stairs to a
plush new hi tech studio at the Princess Royal Hospital. Neil has
a personal collection of well over 180,000 recorded tracks plus
a huge collection of land based and off shore radio jingles on many
different formats. He has been referred to many times as the Oracle
of Music knowledge.
Sean
Saunders: IT Operations Director
IT systems, systems support, webmaster, assisting with on air
marketing and advertising, programme scheduling, voice-overs and
commercial radio historian! Sean has been involved in radio since
the 1980's and has 5 years experience as a presenter. He has recently
been concentrating in the fields of IT, voice-overs, composing
jingles and web development. Sean has lived in the East Grinstead
area since the 1970's.
Simon
Bruce: Engineering Manager
Simon has lived in East Grinstead since 1983 and is a radio and
live music enthusiast. He's involved in various community activities
and was Chairman, Programme Manager, DJ and chat show presenter
on East Grinstead's Millennium RSL "EG-Y2000". He has also appeared
on BBC SCR's "Sunday" programme and is currently heading the audio/visual
services team at the Trinity Methodist Church in East Grinstead.
Simon is experienced with live PAs for theatre groups, dance shows,
local rock gigs, open airs and church services.
Rosie
Mac: Programme co-ordinator & Trainer
'Just read this bit of paper and you'll be fine'……
That was 16 years ago and Rosie is still clutching that piece
of paper! Since then she has broadcast all over the world including
countries such as Belize, Brunei, Cyprus, Kosovo, Falkland Islands
and just recently Iraq, as a professional radio presenter for
British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS). Swapping body armour
for Armani (ok, a girl can dream), Rosie isn't a stranger to
radio in the UK as she participated in a year long project to
bring community stations to military garrisons and has also
been involved in hospital and university radio. A local girl,
Rosie went to Halsford Park Primary School and Imberhorne Comprehensive
(but she's not school-ist, some of her best friends are from
Sackville!) and is a former lead clarinet and founding member
of the East Grinstead Concert Band.
Nigel
Peacock : Policy Manager
Broadcast policies and procedures and computer playout system
administrator. Nigel brings a great deal of knowledge of the
commercial rado industry and has a vast range of experience
within the radio sector.
Sharon
Terry : Vice Company Secretary
Radio policies and procedures, presenting, outside broadcasts.
